"I've spent over 20 years working in Governance, Risk and Compliance - a world built on logic, structure and performance. And yet, for just as long, I've relied on the power of scent, ritual and energy work to navigate life beyond the corporate world.
I've used essential oils for over 30 years. They've travelled in my bag, sat on every desk, and lived in every pocket of my life - from breakdowns to breakthroughs. I don't go anywhere without them. They are my ride-or-die.
Ride or Die Botanicals was born from burnout, breakthroughs, and a deep knowing that women deserve better tools. Blends that work, not just smell nice.
The deeper I went into energy work, the more I realised I couldn't find what I was looking for in store-bought products. I didn't want surface-level support. I wanted something that worked on every level. Blends that held energetic frequency, emotional intelligence and functional purpose.
So I created them for myself.
